Need to reach me? I’ll pick up the phone if I possibly can. If I can’t, I’ll get back to you within 1 hr. Want to see a property? That’s guaranteed within 24 hours.
I don’t need them to hide behind, so you’re free to cancel anytime. I don’t believe in forcing you to continue to work with me if you’re not happy. But I’ll do everything I can to ensure you are.
No pushy tactics. I’ll talk you out of most houses and only into the one that is right for your current and future needs and your investment. I’ll keep your head on and your emotions out.

3 Showing Minimum
You’re not buying it unless you’ve seen it 3 times. The 1st showing is to get a feel, The 2nd showing is my 100pt Checklist and the 3rd is to get a second opinion. Buyer’s remorse? No chance.
Will your car fit down the driveway? Does your furniture fit? Where will you store stroller(s) and garbage bins? Is your neighbour a rooming house? We ensure there are no surprises.
No if’s, and’s or but’s. I feel so strongly about this, I’ll even pay for it. My job is to do whatever I can to protect you and your investment. It’s called due-diligence.
Making an Offer
Found yourself in a bidding war? I will not LET you pay more than a house is worth and I will come armed with a max number.
If you’ve ever moved, you know the obscene amount of work involved. I’ll make sure you don’t miss a single task and I’ll even provide complimentary moving boxes to make your move a little easier. It’s the little things that count.
Spic & Span
Unfortunately not all sellers are courteous people who leave your new home ready to move in. I make them contractually obligated to do so and if they still don’t, I’ll take care of it for you.
